These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and use of AImazons.com, operated by Empire Media Company LLC. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Digital products and payment
AImazons sells downloadable digital art packs. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and payments are processed by PayPal. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the account or device used for your purchase.
Delivery
After a successful payment, download access is provided through the confirmation page, protected purchase links, and the purchase receipt. Contact us if a valid purchase cannot be downloaded.
License and permitted use
Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may download and display the artwork for your own personal projects and devices.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload as a competing collection, or claim authorship of the artwork or files. No ownership rights are transferred by a purchase.
AI-created artwork
AImazons collections are original AI-created fantasy-art products curated and published by Empire Media Company LLC. Visual similarities can occur in generative artwork, and no product is represented as depicting a real person unless expressly stated.
Problems and refunds
Because products are delivered digitally, please review the product description before purchasing. If a file is defective, missing, or inaccessible after a valid purchase, contact us so we can restore access or provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site and files available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AImazons and Empire Media Company LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
